- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your private keys and wallet
- The value of digital assets can be volatile and may fluctuate significantly
- TreeRoot does not provide investment advice or guarantee any returns
- You are responsible for complying with tax and reporting requirements in your jurisdiction
Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TreeRoot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TreeRoot and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to abide and be bound by them.
Termination

Governing Law
